Spend a weekend to discover the charms of the capital city of Sofia - “Ever growing, never old” as its motto states. Even though the city itself was largely rebuilt after the period of 500-year-old Ottoman rule, its museums hide exciting collections about the past.

In the meantime you can stroll the streets of the biggest Bulgarian city bustling with young people and local colour. Whether you are keen on history and traditions or fine dining and vibrant night life, Sofia has a little bit of everything. All you need is comfortable shoes, inquisitiveness and a lot of space on your camera memory card. Are you ready?
